01

Preliminary Contact

You reach out to us to share your ideas, vision and progress on your construction project. We love to get involved early - a cooperative relationship between the client, designer and builder leads to a smoother process.

02

The First Steps

We work with you to get your project on legs, put you in touch with a designer who can help with the specifics of your dream home, and gather information for you on everything you need to know.

03

Create Timelines

We talk times that you can use as a rough guideline on when distinct steps in the build can be feasibly met. We’re honest and up-front about how long each step in the process is likely to take, and help you plan your investment. At this step, you sign a preliminary agreement with us to be involved in the build.

04

Support Council Approval

We submit all necessary paperwork and plans from the designers to council, and do our best to streamline the approval process.

05

Finalise Plans

Leading up to the build, we finalise the elements of your build. We walk you through various options, and ensure that your vision is properly represented in the plans and paperwork produced.

06

Set a Start Date

With the contracts in place, agreements signed, and rough timeline established - we set a date to begin construction.

07

Schedule the Build

With our deep industry experience and connections, we schedule out precise dates for each stage in the build. We have great on-going relationships with material providers and contractors that allow us to confidently plan a tight schedule to give you the assurance you need that the project will be completed on time.

08

Site Tours

As the build progresses, we take time out on weekends when there are moments of peace and quiet on the site to walk you around and explain exactly what is undergoing construction. We let you linger on site and really take it in, giving you a uniquely inside perspective on your build.

09

Decide Details

With the build progressing as expected, we provide you with a range of samples and suggestions to help you decide on some final aesthetic choices. We look at flooring, paint, tiles, kitchen outfits, and more to create the right atmosphere in your new home.

10

The Elmm Handover

When the construction is complete, and we hand over the keys for your new home - we’re still by your side to help you turn the house into your home. We help you move in, set-up the right atmosphere, and support you as you make the final touches. Even long after you take residence in your dream home, we’re just a phone call away - always ready to offer our expertise on any issue that might arise down the track.
